System Support Asset and Ticket Tracking

The asset tracking system entails an online collaborative Intranet site of all assets such as laptops, desktops, server, printers, etc and the staff assignments of each. Moreover, the application maintains the configuration of each asset. Extensive reporting by manager, employee and asset type is provided.

The ticket tracking system is a ticket entry and management application for the system support team. SystemOne Desktop Development staff enters requests (tickets) that the system tracks, manages and routes to the appropriate support team members. Comprehensive messaging is sent to the support team via email, pda, phone or pager for immediate response.
